gawd I've only realised how much i've improved on faces :D ive even made my own technique ^^
I love this model the pose and facial expression go together quite well and the completion of this model only took 2 days it was very fun to paint and convert which is quite a weird thing for me to say as I dont really like to paint a horde of models 0.0 maybe its because imperial guard are some of the most characterful guys I've every done to date... anyway plz comment fav and hell if you want to give pointers out please do so I actually WANT to inprove :D

Real nice, love the model - paint job is nice, its got lots of character, i also like the weathering on the trousers, a lot of people paint their guard to be super clean but i like this.

The areas where the hand and forearm meet the clothes look like they could do with a bit of shading, try getting some devlin mud - load a fine detail brush and draw lines round the join, do that a couple of times and should ad some nice shading thats quick and easy.

thanks for pointing that out though I'm gonna use watered down leviathan purple for the shading its how I shade flesh now XD

That's pretty awesome, man! I love the detail in the model - the arm in a sling really adds to it. For some reason, it makes me think "Dirty Harry."

The face looks well done. Possibly a slightly thinned wash might bring out the details a tad but other than that it's a ok.
